Clients may request cancellation of a service before work has commenced. Once project execution, consultation, training, or service delivery has started, cancellation requests may not be accepted.
2. Refund Eligibility
Refunds may be considered under the following circumstances:
- Duplicate payment made by mistake.
- Payment successfully completed but service could not be initiated due to technical reasons from our side.
- Refund approved by GaawDATA management after review.
3. Non-Refundable Services

- Training programs already accessed or attended.

4. Refund Processing Time
If a refund request is approved, the refund will be processed within 7 to 15 business days through the original payment method used during the transaction.
5. Project-Based Services
For custom projects, any advance payment made for completed milestones, resource allocation, development work, or project planning may not be refundable.
6. Training Programs
Training program fees are generally non-refundable once enrollment has been confirmed or course access has been provided.
7. Modification of Services
GaawDATA reserves the right to modify, reschedule, or discontinue any service, training, or consultation program. In such cases, suitable alternatives or refunds may be offered at our discretion.
